Lead Contact Representative

As a Contact Development Representative, you’ll support our sales and marketing efforts by enriching lead data, mapping buying groups, and enabling better account-based strategies. Job Responsibilities As a Contact Development Representative, you will help transform lead data into actionable insights. You’ll validate and enrich contact and account records, identify key personas, and support buying group intelligence efforts that empower the Sales and Marketing teams to work smarter. What You’ll Do: Validate and assign inbound leads based on segmentation and product criteria Update lead and account records in Salesforce to reflect accurate contact and account hierarchies Research and confirm key roles within prospect organizations to identify target buyer personas Use tools like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, LinkedIn , and others for contact discovery and account mapping Support opportunity creation by uncovering buying groups across complex organizations Deliver weekly forecasts on validated contacts and mapped accounts Track discovery activities in the Salesforce CRM platform Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Development teams to align strategy Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business (preferred) 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or data research role Hands-on experience using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn High attention to detail and curiosity for uncovering insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort navigating corporate hierarchies and conducting online research Project management experience is a plus Proactive, organized, and results-driven Our Benefits Include: 100% payroll Major medical insurance & life insurance 30 days Christmas bonus 13% savings fund ️ Grocery & restaurant vouchers Wellness
