Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to deliver powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors serves a diverse global client base across industries such as banking, payments, retail, and restaurants. The Advisors Client Services group specializes in Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants guide clients through impactful decision-making, addressing strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges. They utilize a broad set of problem-solving techniques to enhance client strategy, performance, and operations. Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact Manage deliverables and workstreams across projects in various industries and problem statements. Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value. Maintain a trusted relationship with client managers and act as a reliable partner. Team Collaboration & Culture Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations. Organize and structure your work and that of junior consultants to identify analysis strategies, synthesize findings, and create compelling storylines. Lead team and external meetings, and co-manage projects. Contribute to intellectual capital and develop solutions. Mentor junior consultants and grow into project management roles. Qualifications Basic qualifications Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business management, or product management. Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders. Logical, structured thinker with numerical analysis skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Effective communication skills in English and local language (if applicable). Eligibility to work and obtain visas in the application country. Preferred qualifications Experience managing tasks or workstreams collaboratively with third parties. Experience coaching junior staff. Relevant industry expertise. MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required).
