Position: ER Registered Nurse (Full-Time, Night Shift) Responsibilities: Provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care across all age groups (neonates to geriatrics). Perform comprehensive head-to-toe and psychosocial assessments, prioritizing needs based on assessments. Accurately assign triage categories to ensure timely interventions. Supervise ER Techs, Radiology/CT Techs, and support staff. Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration. Communicate professionally and courteously with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3-5 years of ER experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Current BCLS/CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or TNCC preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
