Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end construction projects, specifically luxury country clubs, resorts, and hospitality facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale, detail-oriented builds with a strong emphasis on quality, client service, and timely delivery. Client Details This South Florida -based general contracting firm, =specializes in high-end construction projects including country clubs, luxury residences, hotels, and commercial properties. Known for its deep local ties and consistent delivery of quality work, the company offers general contracting, construction management, and carpentry services. With a boutique-sized team and decades of expertise, it has earned a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and personalized service in Palm Beach County's most prestigious builds. Description Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement of materials and subcontractors. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret project documents (e.g., blueprints, contracts, change orders). Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation. Ensure exceptional finishes and attention to detail befitting luxury hospitality standards. Manage permitting and inspections in coordination with local agencies. Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5 years of experience in project management for construction projects, with at least 3 years focused on hotels, resorts, or country clubs . Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors on high-profile projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera). PMP or similar certification is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience working with high-end clients and luxury design teams. Familiarity with green building practices and LEED certification. Background in renovations and phased construction for operating hospitality venues.
