The key responsibilities of the role include: General secretarial tasks for the Managing Director (management of the agenda, screening telephone calls, ensuring documentation for conference calls and meetings is ready and available on time, general support on various tasks); Supporting the organization of meetings, conference calls with clients, and meetings attended by large audiences; Support in organizing client events, management presentations, and other business-related events; Administrative work on deal follow-ups, supporting in sending required documents to internal departments; Coordinating room bookings for calls and meetings; Organizing business trips (flights, trains, hotel arrangements, logistics) and preparing travel expenses, ensuring policy adherence. Skill e Professionalità The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Previous experience in the role; Good knowledge of Excel. Offer: 6-month initial contract with potential extension. CCNL Credito, RAL to be evaluated based on seniority (up to 55K). Work location: Milan city center.
