Recently, we expanded with Dunkin' in France and Chopstix in the UK. We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Department. Responsibilities: Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipts Obtain payment approvals for non-COGS invoices Enter supplier invoices into payables software Issue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoices Process expense reports and procurement card payments Notify managers when budgets are exceeded Discuss payment proposals with local management Incorporate supplier credits into payments Research supplier payment requests Update supplier master data Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred Up to 3 years of accounting experience Good knowledge of SAP French language skills preferred Proficiency in Excel Independent and proactive work attitude Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Adaptability to fast-changing environments Good communication skills across cultures and departments What We Offer: International work environment Hybrid work mode Company discounts Selection Process: CV screening (English CV required) Behavioral & Cognitive tests HR interview Final feedback and hiring proposal Why Join Us?
