Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the pastry kitchen, managing all dessert and bakery production Develop and design creative, seasonal dessert menus aligned with luxury standards Supervise, train, and mentor pastry staff to maintain consistency and quality Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for all pastry-related supplies Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B management on menu planning and events Requirements: 4 years experience as Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in luxury hospitality or fine dining Formal pastry or culinary qualification preferred Strong leadership and organisational skills Innovative with a good eye for detail and presentation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Passionate about culinary excellence and team development If youre ready to lead a talented pastry team in a stunning luxury environment, we want to hear from you.
