JOB DESCRIPTION Title of post: Site Administrator Location: Gort Na Mona Site, Springfield Road, Belfast BT12 7GN Reports to: Site Manager Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Site Management team in respect of: Materials and equipment supply Health, Safety & Environmental compliance Construction completion certificates Maintain an efficient information management and filing system in Site Office. Maintain a Site Diary and issue Management Reports as directed to Head Office. Process purchase orders and delivery documentation, in liaison with Head Office. Maintain plot books and manage sub-contractor worksheets. Additional responsibilities: Liaise with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders as directed. Arrange housekeeping and hospitality at Site Office. PERSON SPECIFICATION Education & Experience Essential: Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language. Desirable: Minimum 2 years experience in site administration or contracts administration. Skills Essential: Good numeracy skills. Good organisational and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel software. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative. Desirable: Good commercial skills.
