Customer Service Executive (Travel Industry)

TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for a top talent Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry to join our team . Requirements: Fluent in English and Italian, with experience in the Travel Industry. Job description: Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rentals, Transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Assist travel agents via incoming calls, managing reservations with special requests. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using outgoing calls to find and agree on the best resolutions. Handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating creative thinking and results orientation. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing excellent service to travel agents. Manage operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish. Qualifications: Service-oriented personality with high communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented problem solver. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, activating all resources needed. Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals. Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures. Ability to work night shifts, evenings, and weekends.
