In this pivotal role, you will lead our team in delivering a delightful dining experience, exceeding guest expectations, and maximizing revenue. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, room service, bar, and events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Manage costs related to food, beverage, and labor, maximizing revenue through effective financial management. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain compliance with brand standards and uphold the unique concept of the restaurant and bar. Collaborate on menu development, incorporating market trends and guest preferences to create appealing and profitable offerings. Continuously evaluate guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience. Requirements: Proven F&B management experience, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
