Company Description Central Park Voorburg - Relais & Chateaux is a boutique hotel with a 1 Michelin star restaurant located in The Hague. In addition to the restaurant, the establishment offers private dining, meetings, weddings, and 14 beautiful hotel rooms and suites. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie at Central Park Voorburg - Relais & Chateaux. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supervising junior chefs, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in menu planning and development. Qualifications Culinary skills in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes Experience in supervising junior chefs and kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Ability to assist in menu planning and development Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant is a plus Formal culinary training or certification
