We are now looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join their expanding team in Utrecht. Job Profile for Floor Manager Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Manage a diverse team and foster a positive, motivating work environment Oversee daily operations, including planning and task delegation Work alongside the team on the floor to lead by example Ensure high service quality and strive for optimal customer satisfaction Handle special requests and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate closely with fellow Floor Managers and report directly to the Operations Manager Candidate Profile for Floor Manager Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken Possess a minimum of MBO (Intermediate Vocational Education) level or equivalent qualification Experience in a leadership role Strong communication skills and a motivating personality Organisational talent with attention to detail Stress-resistant What Our Client Offers Travel reimbursement 20 vacation days (per full time basis) Free access to all indoor playgrounds Free parking
