Reference: CAR-CAT-SB-01-07-2025 Job title: Second Chef - School Location: Cardiff Contract type: Permanent Salary: £26,002 Pro rata (0.87 FTE) The Role: To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Head Chef Manager * To assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends, and to be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location. * To assist with stock taking when required. * To carry out the smooth and efficient running of service time. * To carry out preparation and cooking of desserts. * To prepare breakfast, lunch, deli and packed meal offerings as required.
