Biomedical Maintenance Tech - Entry to Mid-Level | Full-Time | $25/hr

Job Description Job Description Epic Personnel Partners is hiring Electronic/Biomedical Technicians to support a rapidly growing medical device production team in Bloomfield, CT . Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:00PM Duties: Perform repairs, refurbishments, preventive maintenance, and calibration of biomedical and electronic medical devices to OEM standards. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on medical devices and systems Refurbish and calibrate biomedical equipment in compliance with OEM specs Perform component-level repairs including board-level diagnostics Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities Develop test protocols and assist in maintaining SOPs Maintain inventory and accurate records of parts and repairs Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure regulatory compliance Requirements: Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Experience working with medical devices or in a production environment preferred Strong knowledge of electronics testing, troubleshooting, and repair Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical manuals Proficiency in soldering and component-level rework Familiarity with ISO and FDA/GMP regulations a plus Excellent documentation and communication skills Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO policy including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Opportunities for training and career advancement Clear advancement pathways within the organization Weekly pay and referral bonus If you’ve held roles such as Biomedical Technician, Medical Equipment Repair Tech, Electronics Repair Tech, or Calibration Specialist — we want to hear from you!
