They need an excellent KITCHEN MANAGER for one of their top NEW restaurants. KITCHEN MANAGER - NIGERIA GENERAL PROFILE: Must have European or International experience • The successful applicant will have already been in the position of Restaurant Manager, Production or Kitchen Manager for at least 2-4 years. • Must be a very-hands on, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and able to work with all personnel levels within the restaurant. • The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire inventory, for example, purchasing from vendors, storing, quality, consistency working with Chefs. This is a new position that can start as soon as possible. • Single status preferred but married accepted. Salary: $48,000 - $54,000 USD/annually, Net of Taxes, Furnished Accommodation, Transportation, Bonus, Health Benefits, generous Vacation time, one Return Flight per year, Meals, Visa.
