Regional Business Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Demand to Delivery team at Haier Europe. What you will do Define and implement holistic business growth plans in assigned markets, focusing on brand positioning, product lineup & pricing, distribution coverage & trade partner assortment, and go-to-market execution (flooring, store, shopper online/offline). Support markets in resolving business roadblocks such as product availability, quality, and after-sales service issues. Track and analyze sales and market trends; make recommendations to positively impact the business; monitor sales forecasts. Prepare distribution plans for key product launches; support local organizations in listing products with main trade partners; assist in new product launch execution, including trade partner meetings and product training. Provide feedback to HQ on consumer, product, and distribution trends; ensure market insights are integrated into product development. Share responsibilities with the Country Business Manager for profit & loss, market share growth, new product sales, forecast accuracy, SKU reduction, and slow movers reduction. Define optimal launch windows for new products. Facilitate best practice sharing among markets. What you need to succeed Degree or Master’s; MBA or Master in Marketing is a plus. Experience in product category management within a multinational environment. Experience with global brands, sales/marketing in a local subsidiary, and sales analytics. Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or other languages are a plus. Strategic thinking combined with organization skills; responsiveness in daily tasks; passion for consumers and zero distance approach. Passion for cooking is a plus.
