Il Commis di Bar fornisce costante supporto al Barman nell’effettuare le attività relative al servizio ai tavoli e al bancone nei bar del Resort. Nell’esecuzione dei propri compiti rispetta e si attiene alle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e agli standard operativi Lefay Resorts. Il Commis di Bar risponde al Bar Manager.
