The Role We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer / Developer to own the technical side of our clients’ tracking and measurement systems. You’ll go far beyond “reporting.” You’ll be: Deploying web and server-side tracking with GTM Configuring events in GA4 and setting up Consent Mode correctly Cleaning and transforming data in BigQuery Debugging weird cookie or CAPI issues Making Looker Studio dashboards that actually make sense Supporting our CRO and media buying teams with actionable insights What You’ll Work With Google Tag Manager (web server) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google BigQuery & SQL Python and JavaScript (custom tracking, webhooks, etc.) Meta CAPI, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag Looker Studio What We’re Looking For Strong GTM experience — web server, custom templates, consent mode Deep knowledge of GA4 events, attribution models, and dataLayer logic Solid SQL skills, especially in BigQuery Basic to intermediate Python or JS — for automation, APIs, or custom tracking You enjoy debugging — DevTools, GA Debugger, network tab, all of it You can work async and explain things clearly to non-dev teammates Bonus if you Have set up Meta Conversion API, LinkedIn server-side tracking, or other CAPI setups Built or maintained a CDP or custom tracking system at scale Are the “why is tracking broken?” person on your team Care about speed, clean code, and don’t drop balls Why This Role Rocks You’ll work directly with fast-moving brands You’ll have autonomy — we trust good people You’ll fix broken data setups and create real clarity You won’t be buried in Jira tickets — this is lean and impactful work Apply now if: You’re done with bloated corporate setups, enjoy solving hard tracking problems, and want to own your work.
