Job Description
Deputy Head, Human Resource & Organisation Development Deputy Head, Human Resource & Organisation Development Reporting to the Head of HROD, this role will assist in formulating an HR vision, driving the HR direction and strategic plans by achieving buy-in and active support across the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of best HR practices to implement and drive change processes and monitor and report on results. Key Responsibilities Lead process optimisation efforts to drive organisational effectiveness, efficiency and realisation of desired results. Participate in HR projects related to organisational effectiveness, attracting, retaining and developing talent. Assist in developing and implementing critical HR initiatives and projects. Work with the HR team to support their adherence to budget, including budget planning and forecasting. Driving programs/projects related to capability building in various domains critical to the organisation’s success. Maintaining and co-driving continuous improvement of the competence frameworks in the respective domains, including activities such as supporting management on talent management, learning and development, and career progression maps. Defining the project/program plan in close collaboration with management and HRBP’s and ensuring execution and implementation of the program/project progress reporting and communication/information to relevant stakeholders. Providing overall HR support to the team and management when required. Key Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management/Organisation Development, Business, MBA or equivalent. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management/Consulting with 5 years in Strategic Human Resource organisational transformation. Prior Organisation Development experience will be an advantage. Strong strategic and analytical skills with an eye for details Strong interest in and demonstrated track record of executing HR strategy projects that deliver impact and generate new and innovative insights. Able to work well in a fast-paced, fluid and dynamic environment.
