Maintenance Operative (Driving Licence required) Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 16:30pm or 9am to 17:00pm Kew TW9 £35,0000 per annum depending on experience Maintenance Operative with a hands-on approach and a safe, can-do attitude needed at this modern residential development in Kew. You will be working in conjunction with the Estate Manager to identify repairs and problems and timetable and prioritise the works required. Duties will include addressing electrical and plumbing issues (if suitably qualified), changing light bulbs, decorating, assisting with the bins as and when needed and using a bin tug, where appropriate carrying out external brick wall repairs, jet washing, graffiti removal, carpet cleaning, fire door inspections, seasonal salting and gritting, lotter picking, and assisting with Concierge cover when necessary. The ideal candidate will be polite and courteous, have excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. You MUST have RAMS, COSHH and be able to conduct PPMS. Driving licence ESSENTIAL
