VIP Host Job description: Key Responsibilities for VIP Host: Provide a warm and professional welcome to VIP clients, visitors, and customers, ensuring a positive first impression. Maintain the reception and lounge areas to the highest standards, ensuring they are clean, organised, and luxurious. Anticipate client needs, offering attentive and efficient service that enhances the customer experience. Set up and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are immaculate, organised, and fully equipped with necessary materials. Serve food and beverages to clients and visitors, delivering a high standard of service with attention to detail. Collaborate with the hospitality and catering teams to meet operational requirements seamlessly. Handle administrative tasks as needed, supporting the smooth running of the office and client-facing spaces.Requirements: Proven experience in a VIP host, hospitality, customer service, or related role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour. Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Teams, Excel, and email composition. Ability to multitask, stay organised, and provide proactive service in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable attention to detail, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to commute to Feltham.
