High-End Fit Out Manager

Tier 1 experienced" Site Manager required for Luxury Fit-Out Project Our client stands at the forefront of high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects within the luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. Their commitment to precision execution and world-class craftsmanship brings visionary interiors to life. We are seeking an experienced "Tier 1" Site Manager for a prestigious luxury fit-out project. If you excel in managing the execution of construction projects with a specialization in interior finishes, while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, we invite you to take part in shaping this world-class development. Your Role: • Oversee on-site execution of all interior finishes, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and timelines. • Lead the construction team, develop detailed look-ahead schedules, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team. • Ensure adherence to HSE standards, address technical issues promptly, and effectively manage NCRs and snags. • Deliver accurate progress reports and drive continuous performance improvement on-site. What You'll Need: • Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent (BEng/B-Tech/ND). • 10 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on fit-out and finishes. • In-depth understanding of construction methods, site coordination, and technical problem-solving. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills. • Fluency in English.
