Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for prestigious developments in West Yorkshire - Leeds area. The organisation work on multi million £ projects including large scale refurbishments, high rise apartments, student accommodation, hotels and commercial new builds. Projects are ranging between £20m and £200m. The position is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor working alongside other Senior Quantity Surveyors. Working with clients and managing sub contractor payments, bills of quantities, pricing, estimating, cost analysis. Ensuring projects are on time and within budget. You will be provided with ongoing training and career development which will be paid for provided by the employer. There is an opportunity to work for an expanding commercial team and develop into Senior Quantity Surveyor.
