The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role This is a pivotal opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead major commissions across a broad range of sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, high-end residential, student living, retail, hotels, and leisure. You'll be instrumental in project delivery, client management, and mentoring junior staff within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in developing long-term client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and taking the lead on both pre and post contract duties. You'll also have a clear pathway to Director level, with the full support of a consultancy that prioritises professional growth and rewards performance.
