We're looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Swindon. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with a strong sales or customer-focused background looking to break into the industry, we want to hear from you. The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at Responsive Personnel, your role will be varied and fast-paced. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Source, interview, and place candidates into suitable roles Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms Provide an outstanding service to both clients and candidates Achieve individual and team targets (with commission rewards) Attend client visits to understand their recruitment needs Maintain accurate records using our internal systems What We're Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and self-motivated approach A team player with a strong work ethic Confidence in using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms A full UK driving licence What We Offer: Competitive basic salary uncapped commission Full training and development support Opportunities for career progression within a growing agency Supportive, fun, and energetic team environment Regular incentives and team social events 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Ready to Take the Next Step?
