ABOUT THE COMPANY You’ll be joining a well-established and trusted principal contractor, delivering a wide range of projects—from new-build, refurbishment and fit-out—across retail, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors across the UK. With contracts ranging from £100 k to £10 m, they are known for their collaborative approach, high-quality delivery, and repeat business. ABOUT THE ROLE As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects, managing all stages from pre-construction through handover on schemes typically between £100 k–£10 m. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams (designers, contractors, supply chain), ensure adherence to programme, budget, quality and safety standards, and maintain a strong client-facing presence. Typical sectors include retail flagships, restaurant and hospitality fit-outs, and commercial offices.
