Project Manager Location - Ely Salary up to £65,000 Car Allowance Paid overtime Paid Travel Bonus I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional building contractor known for delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Their project values typically range from £4m up to £15m, operating within key industries including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure, and social housing. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to join their team – someone confident leading projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Role: This is a site-based leadership role with full responsibility for managing projects across healthcare, hostels, and hospital environments, typically in the £4m–£15m value range. You’ll be overseeing all aspects of site management. Key Responsibilities: * End-to-end site/project management from start through to handover * Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to a high standard * Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams * Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met * Reporting progress, managing costs, and resolving issues as they arise * Must be able to travel and lodge away when required. Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a No.1 Site or Project Manager delivering full lifecycle projects * Sector experience in either healthcare, hospitals, or supported accommodation/hostels * Proven background working on projects between £4m and £15m * Must be able to pass a DBS check * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience * Car allowance * Travel expenses and overtime paid * Performance-related bonus * A stable and growing contractor with a long-standing client base and healthy project pipeline
