Night Concierge – temp to perm 7pm-7am 4 on 4 off Southwark SE1 £27k (£12.21 p/h holiday at 12.07%) Our clients have a large, modern residential development situated within easy reach of Southwark, Elephant & Castle and Lambeth North stations. They are looking to recruit an experienced Night Concierge who is extremely polished with impeccable personal presentation and manners, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a lone worker role in the night shift so therefore all applicants must have some similar experience and held a position of trust and responsibility for operational management of a building in terms of facilities, security and health and safety. You must be vigilant, reliable, trustworthy as well as being adaptable, approachable, personable and a good team player. Although this is mainly a front of house reception role where you will be the first point of contact for residents you will also be responsible for maintaining security, monitoring CCTV, health and safety throughout the building and undertaking routine patrols and checks. You must have a solid proven track record in a similar high end environment and be IT proficient. Immediate start available
