Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple high-profile fit-out and refurbishment packages valued up to £14 million. With a strong presence in either the retail, commercial, leisure, hotel, and hospitality sectors, you'll play a critical role in cost management, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer.
