Job title: Chef de Partie Salary: From 22,000 GBP Location: Llandudno, Gwynedd Type of contract: Permanent Workplace description: The owners of this award-winning hotel ethos shows in the individuality and quality of its bedrooms, and in the attention to detail and appreciation of the understated luxuries that separate the grand from the bland Main duties and responsibilities: Some supervision and training experience would be useful in assisting with the development of more junior chefs. A willing and cheerful manner is needed as you will need to work as a team member, in an often busy and stressful environment. A Customer oriented attitude is essential as many of our chefs have guest contact when serving at the Carvery/Buffet tables. Essential criteria: You must be fully qualified to Chef de Partie level, with good standard (3 star ) hotels/restaurants experience. Some formal chef training (eg. equivalent to UK City and Guilds 760.1/2 or NVQ 2/3) together with appropriate food hygiene qualifications (eg. equivalent to UK Basic Food Hygiene Certificate) will be of value.
