Quantity Surveyor Location: Birmingham Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Travel Allowance About the Company: I am currently working with a well-established commercial fit-out contractor based in Solihull, with a turnover of £15m. About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of fit-out projects ranging in value from £500k to £5m. These projects will cover a range of sectors, including commercial fit-outs, CAT A & B office fit-outs, as well as retail and hospitality projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Salary & Package: * Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Travel Allowance * Holidays: 21 days bank holidays * Pension scheme Requirements: * 2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying * Experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects up to £5m * Strong organisational skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office * A team player with excellent communication skills
