Senior (Conceptual) Estimator

They are seeking a Senior (Conceptual) estimator for their office in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities: Conceptual Estimating – start with the drawings and take all the way through Develop preliminary cost estimates – secure work Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering Relationships & strategies Requirements: BA/BS Construction related degree preferred 10 years minimum – hands-on commercial project estimating Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings) Strong technical skills This position is based in Fort Myers, FL.
