The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the completion of projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget. Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Must have 8 years of experience in technical project management, focusing on applications, infrastructure, and compliance; Must have strong understanding of application development, infrastructure, and IT security; Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization's operations; Proven expertise in managing complex technical projects from planning to execution and delivery; Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; Skilled in analyzing requirements and providing effective solutions; Strong communicator with solid problem-solving abilities to manage technical challenges and ensure project success. Desired Skill-set PMP Certified; Agile certifications (Product Owner or Scrum Master). Responsibilities Conduct detailed evaluations of potential applications to ensure they meet the organization's needs; Define evaluation criteria based on functionality, compliance, security, and scalability; Collaborate with stakeholders to shortlist applications that comply with regulations and align with business goals; Plan and manage the implementation of chosen applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems; Coordinate with development and IT teams to oversee the deployment process; Ensure applications are configured according to regulatory standards and organizational policies; Assess current infrastructure to verify its ability to support new applications; Identify and implement necessary infrastructure upgrades to improve scalability, reliability, and performance; Lead infrastructure projects, including hardware and software upgrades, to support new applications; Create and execute detailed project plans, tracking progress against timelines and budgets; Perform thorough vulnerability assessments to detect security risks and apply strong measures to protect applications and data.
