Job Description
As the Finance Administrator, your duties and responsibilities include the following: Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, banking institutions, and tax authorities, including submission of relevant documentation Organize courier services, manage packaging logistics, and monitor inventory levels Perform bookkeeping activities using SAGE; Microsoft Dynamics training will be provided Draft official company communications related to international travel, visa applications, and participation in global expos Generate financial reports and monitor up-to-date sales data utilizing Excel Execute payment processing for both domestic and overseas suppliers Coordinate with auditors and chartered accountants to ensure compliance with regulatory filings such as company registrations and tax returns Provide support during payroll processing, including currency conversions, allowances, and preparation of payslips Assist the procurement team by gathering and verifying supply chain documentation Aid the sales department by preparing proposals, purchase orders, and tracking follow-up actions Skills & Experience: 5 years of experience working in a similar role Proficiency in SAGE Advanced Excel skills Foreign currency experience would be highly advantageous Qualification: Completed Finance or Accounting diploma or degree Grade 12 (matric) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
