Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Director Sales at Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts located at the Slieve Donard in Newcastle and the Marine & Lawn Portrush Adelphi. The Hotel Director Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies and supporting the Sales Managers. Experience Sales and Marketing Manager / Director within a hotel Experience in budgeting and financial management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and leadership abilities Ideally have local experience working within Northern Ireland Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
