Development Surveyor

Job Title: Development Surveyor (Graduate / Qualified) Location: Sussex (Hybrid working options may be considered) Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Surveyor to join a well-established and forward-thinking property consultancy in the South East. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of development projects, supporting a wide range of clients with strategic land advice, development agency, and valuation services. Key Responsibilities: Advise landowners on commercial terms for promotion and option agreements Negotiate with land promoters and housebuilders Manage the sale of development land following planning approval Prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports Candidate Profile: MRICS qualified (or working towards) with a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Real Estate or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team Package & Benefits: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Discretionary bonus scheme Mileage allowance Life insurance Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm) Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Permanent right to work in the UK Interested?
