Asset Manager (prime central London)

A central London estate with a prime portfolio is seeking an Asset Manager to join them on a c. 14/15 month fixed term contract (length will depend on the successful candidate's notice period). Working on a prime retail and mixed-use asset portfolio, the role will provide day to day asset management and leasing support for the portfolio including; Supporting the Head of Asset Management and inputting into the portfolio’s strategic direction and business plan. Assisting with the review, preparation and implementation of asset plans Driving sustainable rental growth through new leasing initiatives, rent reviews and lease renewals. Identifying opportunities and overseeing the delivery of small works projects and development initiatives Managing external consultants, contractors and agents Developing relationships with existing retailers and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have: Experience in asset management, with a good landlord and tenant focus Experience working with high profile retail or mixed use portfolios or estates in central London In the range of 4-6 years’ PQE though there is some flexibility on this Remuneration will depend on prior experience but will be competitive and this person will also be eligible for a full suite of corporate benefits and a bonus (dependant on start date).
