Procurement Manager – Food (12-Month FTC) Location: Hybrid (3 days a week) HQ in Hertfordshire Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract Salary: Up to £60,000 15% Bonus additional benefits A leading name in the Consumer sector is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Food to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, guest-focused business. Working closely with senior procurement, supply chain, and food technical teams, this role will lead end to end procurement and category management activity across a Food spend portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships within the food category Deliver best-in-class value through sourcing, negotiating, and contracting Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain efficiency and food safety compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product availability, value, and guest experience Contribute to wider procurement strategy and support key brand initiatives What We’re Looking For: Demonstrable Food procurement experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail environments Knowledgeable across Food categories, ideally across Meat & Fish Strong commercial acumen and supplier negotiation skills Sound understanding of food specifications, allergens, and food safety requirements A collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder engagement skills Please apply to the advert or email your CV to brad@talentdrive.co.uk
