Role: Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Magherafelt Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm Pay: £30k to £40k An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, a privately owned construction firm based in Northern Ireland, with over 20 years experience in delivering projects throughout various sectors. Project dotted throughout the UK and ROI, including Care Homes, Hotels, and one-off Residential Builds. You will get the full 360 of the Construction Sector. Benefits: Pension, Health Insurance, 30 Days Leave, Laptop and Phone. The Role : Be involved in all QS and Estimating duties, Budgets, Procurement, Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts, Reports. The Requirements: Degree in Construction / Quantity Surveying. 1 years experience essential for the Roles. Experience in all areas of Construction and Construction Documentation. Great communication skills and computer literate. UK Driving Licence, UK Travel weekly, be able to travel with the role.
