About the Company Greenfisher Contracting Ltd specialise in delivering high quality earthworks and soil stabilisation solutions for major projects in and around the Midlands. We are looking for Site Managers to join our growing team. You must have a proven track record to deliver key earthworks & soilstabilisaton as you will be leading our project teams delivering key projects for our valued clients across the midlands. You will need to be willing to lodge away from home as required. About the Role As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for delivering your projects on time and to budget, whilst managing your plant and labour resources to achieve your key targets. Responsibilities Lead project teams in delivering key projects. Manage site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and report on performance. Qualifications Proven experience in site management. Relevant certifications in construction or project management. SMSTS First Aid CSCS Manager Card Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in earthworks and soil stabilisation projects. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience.
