Service Drive Manager

Job Description Job Description Greeting customers and collecting information necessary to repair problems with their vehicles. Coordination with drivers, Loaner Administrator and Service Advisors. Proper check-in process with complete video and pictures of any damage on customer's vehicle. Successfully manage Loaner Fleet while working directly with service drive attendants and service advisors to ensure that the length of loan remains below BMW standards. Ensure all legal documentation compliance and maintain proper use, privacy of all personal information. Monitor and quarterback service drive flow/efficiency. Assist in the hiring process and performance management of service drive valets including mentoring, training, and positive attitude. Manage and understand all customer transportation/appointment needs. Work with management to develop and implement strategic plans and direction. Understand the car wash system, determine service needed, trouble shoot problems and oversee flow of vehicles. In early for service drive opening, stage vehicles outside in the am. Check in tow-ins,inspect vehicles for damage. Buy supplies needed for the shop and car wash. Maintaining cost within the budget.
