Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company that specializes in producing high performance vehicles is currently looking for Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, handling sensitive correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of board-related activities. The Personal Assistant will: Organise and coordinate board-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and logistics. Act as the key point of contact for guests during site visits, customer handovers, events, and launches. Support event logistics, including preparation of materials, catering, hospitality, and on-the-day execution. Liaise with internal teams to ensure the board’s requirements are met across departments. Provide proactive diary and meeting management for board members. Manage confidential information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism. The Personal Assistant will have: Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to attend and support events outside standard hours, as required. High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Experience in luxury automotive, motor sports, private client services, or high-end hospitality would be desirable.
