ROLE: Fish Filleter Seafood Processing SALARY: Up to £30k DOE LOCATION: Wimborne THE COMPANY: We are working with a well-established and respected seafood business that has been supplying premium fish and seafood products to restaurants, hotels, and foodservice businesses across the South for over 25 years. As the company continues to grow, they are now seeking a skilled Fish Filleter to join their Wimborne based team. BENEFITS: Competitive salary (up to £30k depending on experience) Company pension Staff discount on quality seafood products Opportunities for career progression within a growing operation Training and development provided WORKING HOURS: This role is Monday to Friday 5.30am until 3.30pm, flexibility is required to cover the night shift when required Flexibility required depending on production demands DUTIES: Efficiently fillet a variety of fresh fish species to high commercial standards Ensure all work is carried out safely, hygienically, and in line with company policies Maintain a clean and tidy workstation and assist with general hygiene tasks in the production area Work to daily production targets and deadlines Assist with packing, labelling, and quality checking as required Report any issues with stock or machinery promptly to supervisors THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in fish filleting, ideally within a commercial or food production environment Excellent knife skills and attention to detail Strong awareness of food hygiene and safety procedures A flexible and reliable approach to work Willingness to work night shifts once initial training is complete Immediate start available apply today and become part of a growing, passionate seafood team.
