Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator Customer group mental health There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting with budgeting, cooking and person centred support to playing board games, pool and accompanying customers on walking groups. Youll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of servicesyou might find yourself working in accommodation based services, or supporting our customers in a community or home based setting. We also have outreach support working with hard to engage customers in their own homes across the patch Rest assured that wherever you will be working, we will support you all the way! Youll have previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. Our team Youll join our wider services in Southregion and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our Hampshire West Services service in Winchester. Eastleigh, Lymington and community support with our Managers Ade, Emma and Karen. Our team works with mental health, and are super passionate about what we do! Were a supportive bunch, and between us have hobbies and interests including baking, gardening, and quizzing. Job details Flexible working hours, shifts are normally 9-5, 10-6 or 11-7. Bank holidays and weekends are available. Were looking for you to work across South region which include our services in West Hampshire. Able to use technology forcreating and updating support plans / completing mandatory learning / keeping in touch with colleagues. To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage (from an agreed base location) Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
