Job Description Job Description We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Restaurant Refrigeration/ HVAC/ Hot side Technician with a great attitude and a professional demeanor. Must have at least 3-5 years experience and able to complete work-order requests independently. Looking for a professional service-person who can competently complete 3-5 demand service calls per day. Most of our service calls are inside. We are seeking a highly motivated technical person to join and grow with our team. Seeking 3 years of previous HVAC, Refrigeration, and/or Kitchen Equipment Experience - Light Commercial. Must be able to competently diagnose and repair our customer's equipment with as few trips as possible. We will provide a fully stocked vehicle and necessary technical support. RACK EXPERIENCE TECHS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and Repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment/Light Commercial HVAC, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, technical support, other team members to troubleshoot appliance/equipment issues effectively. Provide exceptional customer service while communicating repair processes and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and installation of repairs needed. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain necessary certifications, including HVAC, EPA, and Insurability (Driver's License) Be Available to be a part of our On-Call Rotation Job Requirements: Need to be able lift 50lbs Need to be able to climb ladders Must have 3 year field experience (Commercial or Residential Appliance/HVAC Repair) EPA certified Need to have necessary standard tools to perform Refrigeration and HVAC service work.
