Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties and responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff Monitor food production process Manage inventory and ordering of supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and have previous experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience, preferably in a hotel environment. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with restaurant management software and POS systems. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
