Job Description

12 years of experience in technical support or IT background 1-2 years experience within a BPO contact centre Provide excellent customer experience through technical support Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware (e.g., receipt printers, tablets, scanners) and software . Experience with POS systems (e.g. Square, Toast, etc.). will be a PLUS Proficiency with CRM Comfortable working in a shift-based environment , including weekends. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Follow escalation procedures as required. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences Retail or hospitality experience Passion for technology The position requires flexibility to work in a rotational shift environment , including evenings, weekends, or public holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From R10 500,00 per month
