Here’s what you’ll be doing: Manage warm, inbound leads, no cold calling Guide clients through a trusted, consultative sales journey Educate prospective investors on the company’s unique model Ensure applicants meet investment suitability criteria Build trust quickly and convert interest into action Close 10 clients per month and celebrate the wins Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks Participate in regular training and team collaboration sessions What you need to bring: Previous success in consultative or high-performance sales Confidence, drive, and exceptional communication skills A genuine desire to help others achieve financial goals Experience in property, finance, or mortgage broking (preferred but not essential) A team-oriented attitude with hunger to succeed High attention to detail and strong CRM discipline What’s in it for you: $75K–$80K base salary super uncapped commissions Realistic first-year earnings of $150K First commissions hit your account from month one Monday to Thursday: 8am–4:45pm | Friday: 8am–1pm 4 weeks annual leave, including Christmas/New Year shutdown Structured onboarding and ongoing development A collaborative, high-energy office based in Southport Walks on the beach before work, acai bowls at lunch, and a life that actually feels balanced This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales gig.
