General Manager

Were on the lookout for a hands-on, experienced General Manager to join INAQ a buzzing, fast-paced food business in Wembley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, leads confidently, and doesnt mind getting stuck in! Key Responsibilities Frying and packing food in a fast-paced kitchen Taking customer orders front of house Handling customer complaints with professionalism Opening and closing the shop securely Managing cash and daily sales reports Ensuring food is served to INAQ standards Overseeing daily cleaning, kitchen hygiene and stock rotation Enforcing food health & safety protocols Leading the team, setting the tone, and keeping workflow smooth Reporting directly to the business owner What Were Looking For Minimum 1 year of hospitality or food management experience Strong grasp of food hygiene & health and safety practices Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure Experience in frying, packing and customer-facing roles Calm, reliable, and committed team player Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently Location: INAQ, Wembley Shifts: Full-time (5 days/week) Salary - competitive based on experience To apply: Send us a message or email with your CV and let us know why you are suitable for this role Join a brand thats growing and needs a strong leader at the core.
