Job Description Job Description Position: Group Sales Manager Location : Hanover, MD Compensation : $70,000 $85,000 base bonus (up to 70%) About the Opportunity: Our client in Hanover, Maryland is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager to join its team. If youre charismatic, motivated, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients, this could be your next great opportunity! What Youll Do: Proactively develop and manage a group sales account base Respond promptly to leads and inquiries with a consultative, client-focused approach Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales trips Lead property tours for prospective clients Negotiate and close contracts for group blocks and events Create and execute sales action plans to target key markets such as corporate, association, SMERF, and catering Maintain accurate records of activities and results in CRM What You Bring: 2 years of hotel group sales experience Strong understanding of group segments (corporate, association, SMERF, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to travel frequently for sales calls and events Benefits: Competitive base salary quarterly bonus Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement & so much more!
